The unit is directly across from a public beach, so beach access is super quick and easy. There is a pocket door between the living room and the hall with the bunk beds, which makes the space flexible and more private if you use all the sleeping options (couch, bunkbeds, and bedroom). Enjoyed sitting on the fenced-in patio and feeling the beach breeze. Plenty of parking, which is a big plus. Quick drives to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. These well-kept, railroad-style condos are directly across from a public beach access (time-to-beach: 1 minute), and within walking distance of many endearing shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub can keep kids entertained when not at the beach and the pool loungers are great for sunbathing without sand. The owner was very helpful, contacting us with tips about the condo and the area, which made the rental process very easy and pleasant.   Date of arrival - August 14, 2023

The location of this condo was probably the best thing about it. We would’ve loved to be right on the beach but this was the next best location. It did feel small , 6 was maximum allowed guests and it was very small for 6, especially with one bathroom. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay in this condo again

Chris’s condo is in a great location and the beach is easily accessible!! The condo is also ground floor and I loved the fact that my children were able to walk right out the door and swim while we watched them from the porch.

The check-in process and communication with the owner was excellent. This unit is directly across the road from the Miramar Beach public use area. Unit was clean upon arrival. Back porch railing and cabinets need repairs. We enjoyed our visit.   Date of arrival - June 10, 2023

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Right across the street from the beach access. Walking distance from my favorite restaurant/bar. Chris always responded promptly to any questions I had before our stay. Fortunately during our stay there was nothing we needed to reach out to Chris for. Everything worked as it should and the unit was neat and clean. Pool access right from the condo back door. again…for us…the location was perfect!!! Would highly recommend this condo and the owner. We will be reaching out to Chris to rent this one again.

Our stay was wonderful!  Place was as described and we would stay again.

We’ve stayed at Summer Breeze several times, but usually through a travel agency. This time I booked through AirBNB and it was painless. However, this unit is in need of maintenance. While it has everything we needed, the door to the bedroom was hard to use because the top of the door wasn’t attached all the way. Many tiles were falling off around the bottom of the cabinets and the chain lock is installed backwards making it not lock correctly. None if this will deter us from staying here in the future, just hoping this unit gets some updates. Chris was a great host and was excellent at communicating with me when I had any questions and even offered us an extra night at a discounted rate! Thank you, we will be back!!

The Miramar Beach location was great and ground floor apt very convenient. Laundry right outside door if needed.

We had a wonderful time. Chris made check-in an absolute breeze. The space was perfect for my two teens and me and we enjoyed some much needed family time. We absolutely loved the location and how we had the pool right outside the back door. It was quiet with no rowdy neighbors which we also enjoyed. The full kitchen was awesome and everything worked well. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of a couple of minor issues. One issue was that the bedroom door did not close due to being broken. Also, it is probably time for a new sofa bed mattress. The current one is in poor repair and is coming apart and could use a good cleaning. Additionally, there was a little bit of build-up and stickiness on common surfaces (doors, cabinets, ect.). None of these issues affected us too much and we weren't overly bothered with them, especially with the wonderful space and stay that we had. I would definitely recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family! We loved the location. Right outside the back door was the pool. Right outside the front door was the beach. I would say it was a little tight for our family of 6, but our kids are 15, 11, 9, & 6. The kitchen was perfect, but it lacked a frying pan, so I had to cook in 2 pots every day. We loved that the freezer had an ice maker, so that saved us on buying ice to go over to the beach every day. They did have plenty of towels in the bathroom for us to use after showers. The pool area was nice and clean. There was also plenty of boogie boards, umbrellas, pool toys, etc. The only other thing I would mention is the decor is very outdated. We had a peek into the other surrounding condos and they all seemed a lot more updated than this one was, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The laundry room is also right outside the front door. Overall, it was a perfect location and perfect access to the beach and pool.

We loved staying in Chris’ unit and would 100% stay here again! Our flight landed at 11am and we asked if we could leave our bags in the room while going to the store but they were so accommodating and were able to prioritize cleaning our unit first that day with a few days notice so we got an early checkin. It is directly across the road from the public beach access making it incredibly convenient. They offer very nice beach chairs and an umbrella that you are able to take with you to the beach so we saved a ton of money on renting chairs. The pool was right outside and we could go take a quick dip after coming back from the beach. I loved that it was on the ground floor. We were also able to get a very late checkout since our flight left after 7pm for an additional fee that was 100% worth it. Thank you Chris for your great hospitality and Jacquie for the clean room!

It’s a perfect location as it is directly across from the public access to the beach. Also, it’s definitely walking distance to Pompano Joe’s. I liked that it was on the ground floor and that it was right next to the pool. It was very clean and it was nice to have extra chairs on the patio for the beach.

This is our second time to this property. We love the location and love the unit. It's not huge, but works perfect for our family of 3. The pool is 10 steps away and the beach is 50 yards. You can't beat it.   Date of arrival - May 5, 2022

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location cannot be beat. Gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony. Beach right across the street. Pompano Joe’s is a very short walk across the street. Had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to go back!

The condo is exactly as described in the listing! The location is literally directly across from public beach access and just a short stroll to Pompano Joe’s. The place is extremely clean and cozy and provided more than enough essentials (towels/trash bags/hand soap/etc). I think we spent as much time lounging on the deck as we did doing anything else. Chris is extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with - we plan to be back soon!

Great location! Loved being right near the beach and being able to walk out the door to the pool. The condo could use some updating, but overall was adequate for our needs.

We had a great stay at Chris's place! It is located on the ground level so no stairs necessary! The pool is steps away and the beach is right across the street. The unit was very clean. Will definitely be back to stay!

This was my first time in Florida. The condo was great! The owner responded quickly. You literally walked across the street and you were at the beach! My friends and I had the best time last week! It was the perfect location- easy beach access and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Clean, comfortable and PERFECT location

If you want a beach spot, this location is perfect. Less than 3 minutes walking and bam, you’re at the beach. The unit was clean, we used the charcoal grills which were awesome, the pool was nice when the beach rose a double flag, and having the kitchen to use was great.

We were there for a Spring Break girls trip. Our party had 3 units in the same complex. There were 4 of us in our unit, myself and my best friend and my teen daughter and her best friend. The location was awesome! We were right across the street from the beach. We were within walking distance to restaurants, convenience store, coffee shop and only a short drive to the main road with the mall and other shopping. The unit was clean and had ample storage for our things. The kitchen had what we needed to cook many of our meals. Will definitely stay there again if it's available! Great location! Lots of room for the 2 of us. Nice decor. View of water and sunsets. Short walk across the street to beach and Pompano Joe's. Nice patio. Pool just steps away. At same time very quiet with little noise from street. Full kitchen very nice to have. We definitely recommend this place.

This place gets 7 stars for value. I loved coming out of our porch and the gate to the property being right there. It made trucking all of our gear to the beach so easy. So convenient. I have a couple recommendations. 1. They do have chairs and umbrellas and sand toys but we lost the umbrella. My contact said they do replace them. I’d recommend bringing your own just in case you’re staying right after a family like mine 🤦🏼‍♀️. Or if you want to have more than one. 2. If you’re cooking, bring your pots and a good knife. There are these things at the condo but bring your own if you’re going to be doing some real cooking & of course seasonings and spices.

We love it. The place is just a cross from the amazing beach and restaurant. The access to the swimming pool from the balcony was so convenience. This place was perfect for our family. we will be back 💕

We loved the location of the condo. Really quick walk to the beach and right next to the pool. We also enjoyed the porch and ate all of our meals outside. The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, umbrella, and a well-stocked kitchen for basic meal prep.

While I cooked my girls played in the pool and enjoyed snacks outside We woke up everyday ready for the beach From sun up to sun down Chris was great at answering all my concerns especially with everything going on Place was clean great air conditioning plenty of space The only thing I would take is maybe is your pans As a chef that’s my only thing I alway take with me my pans and knifes . The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. I really love the location of this condo. Right across form the beach and the the road front is generally quiet. Chris was very easy to get in touch with and we will be coming back for sure!

The location of this condo is great! Step off your deck onto the pool deck, right across the street from the beach. Unit was reasonably priced and had the necessities for our stay. Communication and check in was very easy and good. Unit and furniture are older, overall was pretty clean but could stand a deep clean with dust bunnies on the ceiling fans. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay! We used to stay at Summer Breeze when our kids were small, came back with just my husband. It’s still just as nice & clean as nearly 15-20 yrs ago.

Our first time staying in Destin and it was awesome! From the beginning, contact with rentals to the end when we left. We were a little concerned prior to arriving with the beach being across the street but turns out it wasn’t a problem at all. Short Walk! Heated pool was cold upon arrival but the heater was turned on once someone asked and our boys really enjoyed having it. Thanks to Chris for answering my questions prior to arrival. Will definitely stay again!

I read all the reviews before arrival and they were all accurate. The unit probably does need a smidgen of paint, and it is probably best suited for no more than four people. That being said, this is a great unit due to location, location and location. In the complex, you walk directly off your patio to the pool area. More importantly, you are directly across the street from the public access beach and you never have to worry about parking or beach access. You just walk across the street. That is the major selling point for this unit. I would highly recommend for parents and one or two children but not four adults. We were very happy with our stay.

Summer Breeze 103 is a beautiful condo with an upgraded kitchen and stylish furnishings. Lovely decor and the kitchen is very well stocked. Nice and clean. Close to the ocean and pool. Truly enjoyed our stay. A wonderful Destin rental!

This unit was directly across the street from the beach access and a short walk from Pompano Joe's beach bar and grill! This first-floor unit's covered deck has direct access the pool deck. The condo itself is centrally located to all the restaurants, activities and attractions that the Miramar Beach area has to offer. For instance, Destin's Harbor Boardwalk is a mere 7 miles down the road. We WILL be booking this unit again...!!

We had a great stay. The condo was conveniently located across the street from the public access of the beach. It was a nice surprise to have a beach umbrella and chairs available for us to use. The condo could use a few minor repairs but otherwise in good shape and clean. The gate door out to the pool needs it's hinge fixed. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Summer Breeze 103! The visit was for our godson's birthday. We all took advantage of how close the beach was to the condo. The kids loved the bunk beds in the hallway and the adults loved how clean the place was. The view from the patio was amazing. We shall return!

The location was perfect! So close to the beach and the pool! We enjoyed grilling and eating on the porch enjoying the breeze. The unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed including beach chairs and toys. My husband, my 3 boys and I had such wonderful time and we would definitely love to go back!

Summer Breeze 103 was perfect for our small family that consists of 2 adults and a 2 year old toddler. The unit was fully stocked with pool / beach toys and was very convenient to the pool / beach on the 1st floor. As our toddler napped, we were able to enjoy the sunshine conveniently from our unit's balcony. The condo was big enough for our small family and we really enjoyed our stay. Summer Breeze is walking distance from Pompano Joes and a short drive from many other restaurants, a grocery store and the outlet mall. Unfortunately, a tropical storm ended our vacation prematurely, but we fully plan to stay in the unit again in the future.

This was our first time in Florida and we loved it. It was nice that the condo is right across the street from beach, which was amazing. We took advantage of the umbrella that the condo provided to use at the beach. The condo itself was everything the pictures describe. We had no problems with anything. The pool is very, very nice. Heated even!! We use the provided grills and cooked out a couple nights. We will definitely be staying at Summer Breeze again, and again. Chris was very helpful with any questions and responded in a timely manner. Thanks again Summer Breeze. You did not disappoint. :)

We loved our trip to Miramar beach. The condo was really nice. Very close to both the pool and the beach. It was also nice to meet the property manger Jackie when she brought over a new table and chairs for the back patio. One of the best family vacations we have had.

Condo was wonderful! Very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had everything needed for a week of cooking meals. Very pleased with all of the beach accessories including chairs and umbrella. Ease of access to the beach was ideal. Condo could use a fresh coat of interior paint throughout but with that being said everything was very clean and paint isn't a big deal to us. Overall, we are very pleased and will likely return to this very same unit if available.

The location is perfect and the accommodations are as advertised. A great place for family get-a-way.

My family and I visited (two adults, three children) for five nights. We had a great stay. Here's a list of pros and cons:

Pros:

-Location is directly across from the public beach access

-condo was clean and cozy

-having chairs and all the beach stuff you can think of for guests to use was SO nice.

-loved returning to the deck by the pool after a day on the beach--no steps or elevators to inconvenience things

-There are two entrances to the property--from the back deck by the pool or the front door near where we parked

-Never had any issues finding parking

-pool and hot tub was never crowded

Cons

-The mattress. It's the worst. A vacation for me means being able to relax. This mattress is really the only thing I would say the condo really needs replaced. I'm not even someone that's normally picky about this sort of thing, but it is pretty bad.

-While it wasn't a big deal for us, upstairs guests can sound pretty noisy moving around up above. I'm pretty sure the guests up above us had a three year old drinking red bulls and running races up there 😂

I hate to say anything negative because we really did have a nice stay, but I want to leave an honest review because I find those especially helpful when booking a place for my family. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

This is THE perfect location! Your condo is steps away from the prettiest white sandy beaches, shopping, and great food and drink establishments. You want for nothing, it's all right here!

The unit was in the perfect location- right across from public beach access and just off the pool deck! We enjoyed lounging by the pool every day. The condo complex was peaceful and relaxing, we enjoyed being around the other guests which were families with kids. Also, we never heard our upstairs or side neighbors when we were in the unit. The kitchen was well supplied with the basics, bathroom was stocked with towels, and the whole place was clean. Overall a relaxing stay and just what we had in mind! We would definitely recommend this vacation rental!!

We loved the location of this condo. Just across the street from the beach. We loved having the pool just off the back patio. My boys loved the bunk beds. The condo was clean. It was great to not have to take beach toys and chairs as they were already there. The kitchen was nicely stocked as well. My complaints would be of cosmetic issues and safety. Lots of paint needs to be touched up. The door locks were very lose. My husband also had to tighten the back door as the knob was about to fall off. There was also an electrical plug in that was kind of hanging out of the wall.

My family loved this condo. It was well stocked and comfortable. The deck walked straight out to the pool and was very convienient. Although older, the property was well maintained and charming. It was very very easy to cross the street and walk out on the beach. We loved the convenience of this. There was also an assortment of beach toys and floats already provided on the deck. The only issue was our upstairs neighbors stomping loudly all day and night which is not the fault of this specific condo owner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, before actually booking the condo, Chris was very very helpful. After booking and the day of the trip Chris continued to be helpful. The condo was sweet and welcoming. It was very clean when we got there. Also, because Chris has such wonderful Property Managers, we were able to check in early. (Awesome, because we had left our home at 4am so our daughter would sleep on the way down!)

Everything we needed for cooking and even clean up was there. There were even extra boogie boards and sand toys. We left a few also, so others could enjoy.

The shower stayed warm for a super long time. (not like most hotels where you get to take 1 shower, then have to wait 45 mins for the water to warm up, ha ha) The beds were comfy and clean also. The pool was also very inviting. (could use a little updating on the wood decking)

The area the condo is in is very quiet (was when we were there). Everyone was super nice. There is a “Bad A** Coffee Shop” about 1 mile from the condo and a dairy queen. There is also an ALVINS Island just down the street also(1/2 Mile). The restaurant down the street had some really good food and a happy hour. (I didn’t go by my God-mother did)

We definitely enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be returning in the Fall.

Property was super convenient on the bottom level. We could walk out our balcony to the pool and our front door was just a few feet from the beach access. I have a little one so we were able to sit by the pool while he napped inside. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first trip to the Destin area and it couldn't have been better. The condo was fantastic. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool was literally steps away from the pool and the beach was right across the road. The road is a little busy but people drive cautiously and there is a crosswalk very close. The condo was clean & setup well. The owner was a pleasure to work with....very responsive to emails & very helpful. We will without a doubt be back. Got for it...you won't be disappointed.

Perfect place for a beach retreat! A pool, a world-class beach, and a popular seafood restaurant/bar all within 300 or so yards. Unpack your bags and you're done--no further driving necessary. The lodgings themselves are simple, but comfortable, with a full kitchen and all the pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Cold A/C (a must) and comfortable beds. Book it, you will not regret it

We liked the location best. We walked across the street to the beach and to eat at Pompano Joe's. We liked that the unit was on the first floor & we could open the back door right to the pool & hot tub. We could also park right in front of the unit. Our 3 year old loved the bunk beds. I do think the inside of the unit could use a little TLC, but nothing major. For example, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall & the bathroom rug was wore out. We couldn't get the remote & cable box to operate the TV most of the time which was probably the most frustrating indoor issue. Overall, I would recommend this unit for a small family stay.

Location was perfect. It was very convenient for my family to go back and forth from the beach, pool and the condo. Our boys loved the heated pool and easy access. Everything was clean and accessible. I would definitely go back!

Everything was just as it was shown. Nice ,comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub . Just steps from the beautiful beach ! We did not give a five star because of ground floor noise and obstructed ocean view . We had a wonderful week ! We would definitely recommend this property .

We had a wonderful time in Destin. This is our 5 th winter down there as snowbirds. Our first time at Summer Breeze. It was a delightful place to stay. We liked the convenience of ground floor and the location of our condo.

Our condo had everything we needed, very well maintained. Loved the heated pool and a minutes walk to the ocean. The people staying at Summer Breeze were all very friendly. We will definitely return next year

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. The property had a really nice little deck that was just a few steps to the pool and hot tub. The beach was directly across the street. I would definitely recommend this property. Just a short drive to many attractions and a great location for some relaxation. We are looking forward to another trip with the kids.

We had such a great family vacation! Location was incredible! Loved sitting on the patio watching kids swim in the pool! The most beautiful beach being directly across the street. Fantastic! Within walking distance to Pompano Joe's, which was a fav of ours. Great happy hour hang out, and stopped for lunch a couple times as well. We also loved hanging out in the hot tub! Chris was great, extremely accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely consider staying again. :)

We have found a JEWEL location and would love to keep it our little secret. Shhh! Don't tell anyone that THIS CONDO AND LOCATION are the best! We loved the relaxing beach themed decor and extremely clean furniture and bedding. This condo is definitely maintained as though it is someones home and you are being invited in. Lots of TLC. The patio was fabulous allowing view of the ocean side and just steps from the pool. Our top priority on this vacation was to RELAX.. and that is what this condo easily allowed us to do. A beautiful relaxing temperature pool at our back step and the ocean with fine soft sugar type sand just across the street. What more could you want? We most definitely will return.

Awesome condo and great location! We have a little one and were able to hang out by the pool while he napped since the baby monitor only had to reach 50 ft to the pool! Also a short walk across the street to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I vacation in Destin every year, and we loved this condo. It was very clean & nicely decorated. The back deck walks right out into the pool & grilling area. It's walking distance to Pompano Joe's, one of our favorite beach restaurants. Chris was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival I thought the appearance of the condos was very neat & clean & cute. The air conditioning unit is right outside the front door, and it looks a little shabby but I assure you the appearance does not in any way reflect on how it performs. It kept the place feeling amazing! When we entered it smelled fresh and clean. I liked the way it was decorated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was the perfect size & shower was nice. We did have a little water leak from the base of the toilet, nothing too bad though. The living area and kitchen were great. Kitchen was fully stocked with any pan, utensil, plate, bowl, or cup you needed. Refrigerator worked well as did the stove. The pull out couch can be tricky and wasn't the most comfy. There is a door in the living area that opens onto a small patio which then opens onto the pool area. We had 3 children(ages 8, 10, 12) and this was perfect for us. We could sit on the patio while the children swam and see them perfectly. We spent tons of time by the pool and on the patio. Also there was a storage bin outside that was FULL of toys for the beach and pool. Walking across the street to the beach was soooooo handy for us. No packing the car up & finding a spot, then unpacking, then packing again when it's time to go. We just grabbed our stuff and took off, it took us maybe 3 minutes to get there. Also handy if a child became hungry or forgot a toy, we could just run back across the street and be back in no time. Great set up! We were never disturbed by noise and craziness. Also close to everything.

We absolutely loved this property! We had never stayed in Destin before, and the unit definitely did not disappoint! It is a smaller complex, so you do not have to deal with overcrowding around the pool area. Public beach access is directly across the street, so it is very convenient also. The property is perfect for people of all ages, whether it is a family with children, or a couple looking for a relaxing vacation! It had plenty of space throughout, and any household item you could need was available. Chris was wonderful to work with as well! We will definitely book with him in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Mirimar Beach. This was our first visit to the Panhandle and we loved it. It was colder than normal, but the beaches are 2nd to none we have seen so far. The condo location is midway between Panama City and Pensacola so was great for day trips. Also, the location was quiet, even during March break. The ground floor entrance was great and the walkout to the pool is really nice. The condo includes everything to make for a comfortable stay. We would consider this condo again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at The Chico's condo. It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We've stayed here before and have never been disappointed. Chris is great to work with and we highly recommend using them in the future. We also enjoy the local restaurants including Pompano Joes and Buffalo Jack's Wings. We will be back and recommend that anyone contact Chris to reserve the condo for future vacations and/or getaways.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the condo was VERY convenient to the beach and the listing description was very accurate. The condo was very clean and the A/C worked great. On the outside of some of the other condos was in need of repair. The laundry area is right outside the back door, however it was broken all weekend. It looked like someone was wroking on it, but we never saw anyone. This, however, is not the owners fault. Chris was very helpful, and I will definitely come back.

We live in Tallahassee and needed a quick get away for the weekend. This condo was great for 2 young children (ours are 1 and 3.) It is steps to the pool and just across the street from the beach. We did not cook in the unit, but we went out to eat to several great places...our favorite was probably Callahan's for lunch. The condo complex was very quiet with mostly younger families visiting. It is a basic condo, but was very budget friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Chris and Kim were easy to work with. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was the perfect size for our small family. My boys loved the bunk beds and the pool. The closeness to the beach was great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning next summer!

We had a great vacation. Summer Breeze is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing family vacation. This condo is ground floor which makes it very convenient for pool access and coming and going from/to the beach. It is easy to keep an eye on little ones because the pool area is small and not overcrowded. The inside of the condo is very well kept and nice. You can tell that Chris uses it as a second home because it has everything a family would need on a vacation. Another great plus is the abundance of beach toys for the kids. This was an unexpected surprise for us. Overall just a great place to stay and very affordable.

This was my families first vacation. My husband and I have two boys ( 7 and 16mo). It was so nice to walk out and the pool was right there. Beach is just right across the street with a handicap accessible ramp. My boys loved the beach and the pool. That is basically all we did besides eat eat eat!! We loved pampano joe's, gilligans seafood, and the lighthouse restaurant. We did not care for the Crab Trap. The condo was exactly like the picture shows and you have all the cooking utensils right there. The property was clean and smelled clean when you walk in to the unit. Another plus is you walk right out the door and to your right is the laundry. It is $2 to wash and $2 to dry, but so nice to go home will all clean clothes! My one and only downfall is that our pack-n-play was too big to place anywhere but in the living room. So our baby was far away from us but our 7 year old was willing to sleep in the living room with him so it all worked out! :) Thank you Chris for a lovely place to stay!! Our family will return for sure!!!

Great Place, Excellent size for 4 people, Good location to pool and beach is just across the road. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin , but close enough for local eateries , etc, the outlet mall is 5 mins away. I would absolutely stay here again

The Location Was Perfect . Steps From Beach And Back Door Opened To Pool Area. Chris Was Great To Deal With. ThE People There Were Very Family Oriented And Friendly.

My family and I enjoyed this condo so much for our week of vacation in Destin, FL. The condo was clean and have all the things you need. We enjoyed the outside porch in which my family would sit out whenever we are on the poolside or just looking out across the street to see the beach. Kitchen utensils were provided so we took the opportunity to cook our own meals, " it's just like home". I commend Chris (the property owner) for a job well done in keeping his condo we'll kept. Most of all Chris was very helpful, very professional and answered all my questions promptly. I will definitely go back and rent this place sometime in the future. Would also recommend it to my family and friends.

Really enjoyed out stay. Great location. I was able to load up the wagon with drinks and food and walk across the street to the beach. My 5 year old son really enjoyed the pool and since its right next to the condo, we where able to eat outside while we watched him swim. The floor was dusty when we got there (I have a crawling baby)... But after a quick mopping, it was fine.. Otherwise the house was pretty clean and they had plenty of clean towels. The washer/dryer is actually right next to the condo... Really easy access (but make sure you bring plenty of quarters)... The house was extreme comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is beautiful, very nicely decorated. Perfect location, right by the pool, hot tub and across the street from the beach. The only possible negative about my stay would be the appliances in the kitchen. It is time to replace the blender and toaster. Not up to the standards of the rest of the condo. We had a great time and will be back next year.

The condo is in a perfect location, right across the street from the beach, and on the ground floor near the pool. It was clean and well maintained. It is not a luxury accommodation, but a great value. Do not expect high end linens or extra firm mattresses. We were not intending to spend much time indoors, so it suited us just fine. Our group was three adults, the bunkbeds are a very clever use of space, perfect for kids or an extra adult. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Pompano Joe's is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, we enjoyed it so much we went back for a second meal.

Ground-floor condo was clean and well-furnished, with a back patio facing the pool and very convenient public beach access point directly across the street.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We had a great time, and were very impressed by how nice the place was! The beach was very accessable from the condo, and nice! The staff were very helpful as well!
