We had a great stay at this condo in Miramar Beach! The location couldn’t be better—just right across the street from the beach access, which made getting to the water quick and easy. Being on the ground level was a huge plus for us. We loved the convenient access to the pool and hot tub, and it made coming and going super simple. We also brought our bikes, and the back deck was perfect for storing them securely and without hassle. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our needs. It felt like a great home base for our trip. Real Joy Vacations did an excellent job managing the property—they were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo with us for our Miramar Beach visit. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!

Everything was amazing! We will definitely be back, the only thing was the chain lock on the front door is installed backwards. So there’s no way to lock yourself inside the room. We have small children that just worried us a bit to be able to walk right out the front door, but other then that is was an absolute dream location and property!

Overall, our stay was positive. The selling point was the balcony view, as is where I spent my time while in the unit. The accessibility to the beach and surrounding restaurants/shops is hard to beat. My kids loved the pool, and the beds were all clean and comfy. Some cosmetic issues, but not to a troubling degree. Parking was easy and the stairs were a necessary evil for the view. Check-out time is on the early side, but the check out process was lowkey and undemanding. Little is provided in toiletries or essentials, and I didn't realize when booking (or packing for the trip) that the unit did not have its own washer/dryer. The complex has some, but they charge, of course. We found beach supplies such as chairs, a wagon, and umbrellas, which was nice. The pull-out bed is accessible, but once open, it's very difficult to maneuver the living area as it takes up the majority of th
