Excellent location, very good communication with the property manager Regarding the kitchen, I think they should renew the utensils and wash the bedding. The blankets smelled bad. We had a really great stay in Miramar Beach! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, which made everything super convenient. The space had everything we needed and we were very happy with our time there overall.

That said, as we were packing up, we noticed a beach ball left under one of the beds and it didn’t seem like that area had been cleaned recently, which was a little disappointing. Also, while we appreciated that beach equipment was available, the umbrella was quite rusted and the chairs were pretty worn out—it would be great to see those updated.

Aside from those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back!

We stay in this unit each year when we come to Destin for our family vacation. We love the convenience of stepping off the deck and the pool is just a few feet away. This was my first experience using airbnb. Chris answered all of my questions about everything. my experience was amazing. Pool was just steps away from the patio. Thank goodness that the beach was a walking distance, the parking lot for the beach gets packed quickly!

First vacation in about 10 years. So we we’re anxious and nervous every step of the way. Picking a place, making sure it was enough room for us, making sure it was in the perfect location. This listing checked EVERY single box. Just a few steps away from the beach, cozy but not too small, and extra accommodations such as chairs, umbrellas, and coolers if you’re not a seasoned veteran. Chris communicated perfectly helping us with check in and check out that wasn’t too much to deal with, and even gave us awesome recommendations of places to check out in town. We had a great trip, and everything was as described. This was our third time back, and will continue to stay here. It’s perfect for family’s with small children. The beach is walkable and the pool is right outside patio with child proof locking system on patio. We spent a lot of time at pool and sauna. The restaurant near beach is also very family friendly. We had a good experience from start to finish! The condo was clean with most things you would need for your stay. Would like more garbage bags and dishwasher pods. Two of each isn’t enough for a 8 day stay. The condo is close to the beach, close to restaurants and other things to do. The pool was clean and there are a lot of boogie boards and sand toys to take to the beach, so don’t buy any!!! We did and left them behind (can’t take them on the plane) so now there are even more! I found this property in 2019. The area is perfect for ease of beach access and walk ability to restaurants and souvenir shopping. I love that I can walk out the back door onto a small deck straight to the pool deck! If you’re mainly concerned with beach access and pool proximity this is the place for you. The property owners were great. Easy check in process. They answered all of our questions promptly. The condo was decorated nicely with all that you needed and so very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The place and location is so much better in person than the pictures show. Pool was so clean and warm as it was only 60 degrees a couple days we were there. Great stay at this condo. 1 minute walk to the beach which was extremely convenient. When we weren’t at the beach the hot tub and pool were mere steps outside of our rental which were great. Strongly recommend hitting up the outside bar at Pompano Joe’s. Long waits for the dining room are expected but open seating outside on the beach with a limited menu but perfect at the same time. Margaritas, hush puppies and nachos with a sunset make the perfect combo. Breakfast I would recommend Mama Clemenzas. Authentic Italian breakfasts and great staff. Overall great rental.

Location was perfect! Cozy condo, fit the 4 of us just fine. Two teens slept in the bunk beds comfortably. Loved having the pool right outside our door. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Local grocery store delivered our groceries the same day. Beach is literally across the street. There were a few areas in the condo that could use some updating and the cleaning was not up to our standards. Aside from the cleanliness we had no issues and loved our stay.

This is a great complex with plenty of parking and right on the main strip. This unit is so close to the beach but also you can sit out back and enjoy the pool. The location of this property was perfect and very convenient especially if you have kids. Right outside the porch area is the pool and hot tub. Even though you have to cross the street to get to the beach, there are crosswalks and the traffic does stop for you each time making this about a 1 minute walk. The only thing I would recommend is for this place to be updated. You can tell that the baseboards, closets, bathroom, etc have not been updated which would make the place look nicer. Also, the doorknob on the backdoor kept getting stuck even when the door wasn't locked. Coming from Kansas, I didn't realize how many little lizards were around! They are all over the property, which isn't an issue but watch out not to step on them! I did see 2 cockroaches while there too, one in the parking lot and the other near the pool area. This condo was amazingly located right across from the beach access. Also, parking was a breeze! The pool is steps away and a nice patio for shade! There weren’t any sheets for the pull that out couch and some of the Utensils were dirty but other wise clean and ready for us to have fun. This place was awesome! Great location to local restaurants (walking distance) and beach access was right across the street. It had everything we needed. Very clean and the back porch was right next to the pool which was great. Has all of the basic amenities (beach chairs were a plus!). The pool was never crowded and it was nice to come straight off the beach and spend some time at the pool in the late afternoon. If you are looking for touristy things to do, Destin was about a 15 minute drive. This area was much quieter which was exactly what we were looking for. Nice room, good location, bath tub needs some work or safety rails, very slippery and nothing to hold on to. Neighbors upstairs walked around so hard the ceiling fan would start shaking. “Location of this place is perfect, loved the first floor walkout to the pool area. Pool heater went out while we were there, messaged our property manager and she promptly got the pool people there to fix it. The hot tub had some issues the next day, again she promptly had them out there to address the issue.

Everything about this condo is awesome, except that the bed mattress really needs replacing and my husband had to sleep 2 of the nights in the hallway on a twin bed. The location is wonderful! The beach is literally a stroll across the street. The pool is heated enough that we even swam in January. The hot tub and condo itself were the cleanest I’ve ever seen!

I've been to Destin/Miramar many time before. In the past we've stayed mostly at Sandestin resort during the spring. They are great but can be a bit pricey. This time we came for my bday weekend in Oct/Nov so I compared prices with location. I have to say I will look into this place for every time I will come out here in the future whether it's the off season or not. First let me say that for me, the location is perfect. If you're like me and your main reason for coming here is the beach, this is the place. Just a very short walk to the beautiful emerald waters. Sure, there are rentals out here that are literally right on the beach but you will pay high dollar for that. I'd much rather take a small walk and save $ for other things out here. The price per night here was super affordable and WAY worth the location. If you're reason for coming is the 'downtown' village walk area, then there will be some rentals closer (again, most likely a lot pricier) but honestly the drive wasn't bad. Pretty straight shot. There was construction on the main highway while we were there but didnt seem to hold us up. This place is better than any random hotel in my opinion because it is more homey. It's not just a room with a bed. It had multiple sleeping areas and full working kitchen(including coffee maker, yes!) and furniture. If you're not hanging out at the beach you'll want to hang out at the condo by the heated pool and hot tub. Other things that I liked:

Some amenities provided for beach fun like chairs, umbrella and raft.

Privacy! No housekeeping coming knocking.

Good amount of towels and toiletries.

Very close to parking (nice for loading/uploading luggage.

Also would like to add that the owner was very accommodating. I originally had 3 nights booked and requested a 4th night shortly before the trip which was granted without issue. Not only do I recommend this place I'll probably look into staying here again myself.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. You step out the back door and you are at the pool. You walk across the street and you were at the Ocean. I mean c’mon!! The place was a good value for the price. It was adequately stocked with the basics. Our boys enjoyed the bunk beds. We would come again!

Only complaints were that the DVD player didn’t work, the tv couldn’t connect to the internet to use Netflix, there weren’t extra garbage bags and the laundry was coin op ( not described that way in the amenities) BUT all these were minor and didn’t stop us from enjoying this little retreat!’

This is the second time we've stayed at Summer Breeze 104. The property is so welcoming with great amenities. Chris and his staff are fantastic to work with. It's the perfect location - close to the beach and next to a nice pool. The condo is well-equipped. Everything is extremely clean and tidy. Very quiet and peaceful. Some upgrades still need to be done

Over all cleanliness good but as in all condos I've stayed in more attention to baseboards and floors needed. Vacuum and broom in condo was not helpful since they were too dirty to use. I'm rating it a 4 due to location and as mentioned as clean as some other condos we've stayed in. Nice for the price.

We've stayed at unit 105 every year for the past seven and have truly enjoyed it. Chris and his staff were amazing as always! The condo is clean, well-equipped, close to the beach, and right next to the pool - what's not to like? We will be back!

It was so great that there we had access to beach chairs, mats and toys. One of our favorite features was that this condo was ground level and the back doors opened right out to the pool. It made it so convenient with the shower there for rinsing off before coming in from the beach. Restaurants, shopping and theaters were close by but we were content to be at the beach for most of our stay. We did catch a couple of movies. You couldn’t get a more white powdery beach. What a treat for these Pacific Norwesterners!

We have stayed at this complex in the past but never this condo, I preferred it to the other one! Everything was clean, the pool so nice and extremely easy to get to the beach, just across the street! We had a blast and would gladly stay again!

Beautiful condo... couldn’t have picked a better place. The complex was full but still quiet, no excessive noise. Loved the easy access to the beach which was a quick walk across the street. The air conditioner was not working properly the first night and management promptly sent someone out to fix it. No issues with property, it was very clean and comfortable. The condo we stayed at is starting to need some attention. The property manager needs to do thorough walk throughs and pay attention to cleaning and details. This property could be a stellar unit! We did send pics to the owner to show him. Families are spending hard earned dollars to stay here. I think if the property manager focused on safety and cleanliness, this would be a improved stay.

This was my first time to Destin and renting from Chris. I couldn't have been more HAPPY! The condo was ready when we arrived at 1P, which was two hours earlier than the check in time. It was just me and my two kids and the place was perfect for our needs. We felt extremely safe and the condo was so close to everything. Loved the two minute walk to the beach after coffee with an ocean view every morning. We will definitely be returning and will only ever rent from Chris. Overall fantastic experience. Thank you!

This place was awesome. None of us wanted to go back home. The pool was heated, so the kids could swim even when the nights got a little cool, and we could sit and watch them from our patio. The beach stuff that is provided was such a blessing for us, especially the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. We really enjoyed our stay. And the price was great. It really made a trip like this affordable for our family. I'm so grateful. We would love to stay here again.

The only cons I can think of are that you do get some noise from the tenants above, but it wasn't a lot. You could hear them moving around, but not so loud that you could hear conversations. And some of the hardware could use updating. Some of the the vents and stuff were rusty and there's a lock on the front door that's bent. My husband joked that we should just run up to Home Depot and replace them for you since it wouldn't cost that much to do.

But those are minor things. Everything else was great. Loved the decor. Place was clean. Check-in was easy once I realized that I'd used my other email to register and the instructions were in there. We had a great stay!

A great place for the kids and family. Very well kept and clean. The condo is located just a few short steps from the beach. The grounds and pool were in immaculate shape the entire week. The unit itself is nicely decorated with a really well stocked kitchen (utensils and such). The condo is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and across the street from Pompano Joe's. We will definitely return to Summer Breeze 205!

My daughter and I stayed at Summer Breeze 105 and absolutely loved it! The condo was beautiful and just a short walk across the street from the beach. The unit was neat and tidy when we arrived, and we found the bedroom to be super cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and utensils, everything we could possibly need! We spent lots of time on the porch because it was the perfect location - right next to the pool, with a great view of the beach. We loved the place and will return again!

There is no other place in Destin we would rather be than Summer Breeze. The name suits the feeling you get when a warm breeze sweeps across you on a hot day. The view is exceptional beautiful as you look unto the beach across the street. The deck with swimming pool, hot tub is clean and fun to socialize with others who are on vacation too. Summer Breeze has been a safe place to unwind from our busy schedule back home. We plan to go back next year, we started out with a visit for 4 days a couple years ago. Last year we stayed for 2 weeks, this year three weeks and now going to book for 1 or 2 months. Summer Breeze is starting to be our home away from home including new friends.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our 2nd year there. The outside of the complex does need a little tender care but very doable otherwise. Hope to have a warmer winter next year.

The condo was super clean when we arrived and it felt like a second home while we were there. We loved the patio right next to the pool so the kids could swim while we relaxed! The beach is right Across the street which was perfect and restaurants were also close by. This condo was so cute and comfortable for our family and made our trip so nice! My family and I had such a wonderful time. It was the perfect escape from our everyday routine. Convenient access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping made Summer Breeze very accommodating. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils made this particular unit seem like home. We've stayed here before, and we will definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and nice. A bit small but we weren't there to stay indoors anyway. Right across from the beach and a short walk from Pompano Joes which is the best restaurant around. Only bad part was no washer/dryer in unit so you have to pay $2 in quarters to wash and $2 to dry a load.

We loved staying in 105. It was very nice having your patio furnished & right next to the pool & hot tub. Also a plus was the restroom out by the pool. But you can't beat the beach...right across the street !! The condo was well equipped. We hope to be returning many more times !

The condo was very clean. Our patio opened up right to the pool so that was great! It's literally right across from the beach so you can go back and forth all day if you want. Your right in the middle of Destin so lots of things to do. I already requested to book again here for next year!!!

We loved the condo! It was a perfect getaway for me and my two kids. The pool was right in front of the condo....I could sit on the deck and enjoy my coffee while the kids played it up in the pool! When we wanted to go to the beach, we just walked across the street-how convenient! From booking to checking out, the process was simple. We cant wait to come back!

Enjoyed how comfy and relaxing this condo was , so close to the beach , restaurants and shops . Definitely would recommend. Will be back :)

Beach was close and pool and hot tub perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Loved it. We had a very warm winter compared to normal. See you next winter.

Our stay at Summer Breeze was so great! Perfect location... our unit was steps from the pool and directly across the street from the beach. If planning another stay in Destin/Miramar, I hope to book this same condo again! We loved the back patio/porch area and it was great to find everything we needed for the beach there: chairs, umbrella, even a cooler, toys, etc. Summer Breeze was nice, clean, charmingly decorated, peaceful... couldn't ask for more!

The condo was very clean and had great access to the beach. Chris was very helpful with all of our questions and I am sure we will stay there again on our next trip to Miramar.

Everything was exactly as we were told it would be! It was clean, well stocked and so very convenient and close to the beach! Chris was always quick to respond and so kind! We hope to rent through him again! Highly recommend his property!

The condo had everything we needed while we were there. The kitchen was great...we didn't have to eat out every night. Chris was very helpful with every question we had. We will definitely return!

This unit was THE perfect place to stay in with my 3 kids. The close proximity to the pool and beach was ideal for us. The pool was very generously heated for the chilly days that we were there. We had a late check-in upon our arrival which couldn't have been any easier. Loved our experience and can't wait to go again!

We celebrated our anniversary. The condo was clean and everything was very nicely decorated. Kitchen was stocked well. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. It smelled and looked very clean. Plenty of bedding and bath towels was a nice thought. There were a lot of little things noticed that let us know a lot of thought went into preparing condo for guests.

Location was great just across the scenic route from the beach. Very close to the grills and pool. Would love to return to this area. Chris was exceptional.

Everything was about this condo was great, except the mattress (which is the only reason its not 5 stars). It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and had awesome access to the beautiful beaches! We will definitely book again, if available, the next time we can get away.

My husband and I loved this vacation. And next time, we may even bring our 2 kids. Things we liked the best were: being on the first floor and walking right out to the pool, having the beach within steps of us, having a on-the-beach restaurant that offered live music and great food and drinks right across the street. We will definitely come again.

When we arrived and got into the condo it was just like the pictures that were shown. Loved the outdoor pool and minutes away from the beach!

My family and I had a Great time while in Destin. The condo was exactly as shown in pics...It had everything we needed! I really enjoyed the pool and the beach being literally steps outside of our door. Chris got back to me in a very timely manner when I would email or call before we arrived. My stay at this adorable Summer Breeze condominium was perfect! Decorated neatly, and extremely clean, I felt at home right away. Location is ideal. The pool is right outside the porch, and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are in clear view. Beautiful!

The condo is not large, but it is perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple, or even have small children.

When I return to Destin next year, I will definitely seek out this condo. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind!

My boyfriend and I needed a vacation but were on a budget. We found this condo and it had plenty of room at the right price. The place was clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect as well. We loved being close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away to keep it quiet when we wanted to relax. Also loved having the pool right outside the porch. Getting around was super easy. We could walk to some shops and restaurants, others were a short drive away. I would definitely stay again!

Condo is in a great location close to beach and has everything you need for a beach trip. Umbrella and beach chairs too! It did smell musty when we first arrived. That improved once we turned the air down. I figure being that close to the beach and pool it's hard to deal with carpet. My only concern is how well the cleaners are doing. There was stuff still on the floor in the dining area that my husband vacuumed up and the bed sheets were incredibly wrinkled. Not sure if they just didn't get folded once dry or if maybe they weren't changed. They seemed clean though. Good place to stay for a decent price.

We have been coming to Destin for years. This has been the best spot that we have stayed in. 1st floor Unit. Porch right next to the pool. Right across the street from the beach and Pompano Joe's. Chris was great to deal with also. We will try and make it down there every year and stay at Chris' condo at Summer Breeze as long as the unit is available. It was an excellent experience!

My family had a wonderful time in this unit. The location was unbelievable and the accommodations were perfect. It had all the amenities that we needed and it was a clean, comfortable place to stay. We could not have asked for anything better! The owner Chris was so wonderful to work with, which we appreciated very much. We definitely plan to return again! Would highly recommend this condo for an amazing vacation!

I really enjoyed the location of this unit. Not only is it across the street from the beach, it's also poolside with great access to the BBQ grills and awesome patio for happy hour festivities :) The owners just recently purchased this unit and explained that cosmetic upgrades were coming, but the unit was completely functional with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. I look forward to coming back next summer and already inquired to reserve my dates. I did not want to leave this tropical paradise!
