We had no major issues with our stay. It was a quick trip for our family, and overall the condo met our needs, but could use some minor maintenance and upkeep to make it more comfortable. The kitchen did not have measuring cups and the cookware was pretty worn. Location of the condo was perfect though! Easy beach access, walkable to restaurants. Would consider a short stay here again.

By the square footage you can surmise that this is a small place, but the bedroom is adequate size with a king-size bed. The mattress feels new and is firm and comfortable. It could use a little more lighting but it is livable. The living area was nice for us two and the kitchen was clean with nice dishes and normal size refrigerator. The only needed improvements are painting the trim and perhaps upgrading to a larger TV.The walk to the beach is no different than if you were in one of the beachfront high rises. By the time you walk to the elevator, through the grounds, by the pool, down the boardwalk to the beach, it takes longer than a walk across the street. Wonderful Ground Floor End Unit, Recently Renovated, Beachfront and Poolside!   Reservation ID #HA-KYP844   We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze Condominiums. The unit is on the end away from the pool, so it’s nice and quiet. The beach is a short walk across the street. So many places to eat nearby. The condo was a perfect size for the two of us. There are two bunk beds, a king in the master, and a pullout in the living area. The patio is spacious with two chairs and a trunk to store your pool accessories or ocean toys. The pool was amazing to jump into after a hot day. The neighbors and other guests were extremely friendly. The lounge chairs were nice. Checkin was easy. No problems with the locks. The air conditioner worked very well. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a large table that seats four. The bed was fantastic and comfortable. Plenty of storage space for clothing. Lots of towels and extra necessities. Bring hangers! There were only four. No big deal though. We truly enjoyed our time here. We enjoyed our stay 7 day stay. Public beach access directly across the street is a huge plus. Pool and hot tub area well maintained. Condo was clean with an adequately equipped kitchen sans a spatula for flipping eggs. Mattress in main bedroom was very comfortable. Issue with A/C not working properly was quickly addressed by property manager (plugged drain). A table outside on deck for eating breakfast would be a nice addition. Chris is a great host, very helpful! We'd never rented a condo like this before and Chris made it so easy. If you are looking for a Condo just steps away from the beach and stunning views this Condo is for you! We loved just sitting on the balcony and watching and hearing the water, we even watched dolphins one evening and surfers one morning! The public beach is just across a 2 lane street, you can walk out the door and be at the beach in 2 minutes! It was clean! The beach toys and accessories were a pleasant surprise for us, my son loved the boogie boards and sand toys. The beds are all VERY comfortable with newer bedding than in the pictures. The interior closet doors and knobs could be updated but this was the only thing we noticed could of been better. Overall, I'd rate the Condo 5 stars and would without a doubt stay again!

First of all, the VIEW IS AMAZING! it is very well priced and had plenty of space for our family of 6. We spent most of out time out and about so it worked perfectly. The location is great and its so nice not having to find parking for the beach since you have private parking at the condo directly across the street. Pompono joes is really good and a super fun experience for the first time at the beach. Shopping and restraunts are just a short drive down scenic gulf. The owners were really great to deal with and We highly reccomend this rental. We hope to visit again soon!

Great place, great view! close to a few great restaurants! was working vacation so wish I had a bit more time, though i was there for a week . Place was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Ate out and cooked in. Do yourself a favor and go to Crab Island..do the 4 hours with Sunventure. You won't regret it. The most turquoise clear water ..5 min boat ride from Destin Harbor. like spending the day in Bahamas or better. Crew was amazing and at your beck and call while you are in the water. handing you your beer, floats, anything you needed. They have boats selling burgers and girl with small little boat selling fresh pineapples and coconuts. was amazing! Pompona Joe's across the street is great but honestly been going there for years and it has become really expensive. Kenny D"s half mile away more reasonable and great fish sandwiches and tacos. Great time, will stay there again!

This place is absolutely awesome! You CANNOT beat the location. It is literally located directly across from the beach access and a staffed lifeguard tower. The room was very clean and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

The perfect place for my family of 3! We had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again. You cannot beat this location at this price for spring break. You literally walk across the street and you are right on the beach. Makes sense because I saw a lot of people fighting for parking in the spots, eventually having to park blocks away. This place has everything you need to cook food with cooking utensils etc. They had more than enough towels I would say 12+ and we never ran out. It was convenient because we never ran out! Hot tub was such a plus because it wasn’t quite as warm as I was hoping. The heated pool was great as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The view was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was one minor issue with the microwave but it was resolved quickly.

Overall stay was good. Good location. Just had to walk down the stairs and cross the street and you were on the public beach. Gorgeous views. The king bed mattress was not the greatest. It was hard. Frame wasn’t attached to head board. The toilet seat definitely needs replaced. Just wear on it. Cheap outdoor furniture. Shower was good and clean.

Would definitely stay again! Very short walk to the beach. We walked to Pampano joes multiple times. The view from the balcony was great. We a beach people so didn’t use the pool, but it looked great! Check in was super easy. We had all our own beach stuff, but the patio is full of things you could use for the family including beach shovels/floats/chairs/ umbrellas. Comfortable bed. We did not cook really, but had everything you would need if you wanted to. The washer and dryer is right below the room at ground level if you wanted to wash clothes. This a great spot, literally a short walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful vaca and Chris's place was nice, clean, and accommodating. Walking distance to Pompano Joe's which is a must go for yummy seafood. We loved going down to the pool after a long day on the beach. We were able to see fireworks on the beach for the first time which was so special. You will love getting up every morning and seeing that beautiful beach view on his balcony with your morning coffee.

This property was very clean. Love the location!! Great for walkers or runners. You do have to cross the street to get to the beach, but very easy access.

We love Summer Breeze! Our condo was in a great location, with everything that we needed for the week. Just a walk across the road takes you to public beach access. August was a less busy time to be at the beach.

The pool and hot tub are newly renovated and are beautiful. There are bathrooms next to the pool which are always clean. Laundry on the property is helpful, one in each section of the Summer Breeze property. It’s $2 each for washer and dryer.

Some of the furniture and the bathroom is a little dated but it is very clean. Towels are provided in the bathroom and were nice and soft.

We loved the first floor access to the condo. It was great for younger kids and for carrying our beach toys and chairs. 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided along with tons of sand toys.

The best part of the condo is the communication that is provided. We had two questions with very prompt reply from the property manager.

Our stay could not have been better! Thank you to the manager and property owners. Can’t wait for our next Summer Breeze vacation!

Close to the beach

Loved being across the street from the beach, and no steps, just a ramp, which is great if you have a wagon with kids like we did. The pool was just steps out the back door, but diagonal so people weren't seeing into your condo - the perfect spot really. The laundry is a shared unit you put quarters into ($2 for washer and $2 for dryer) but practically right outside the front door, so again, this condo has the best spot in the complex in my opinion! Everything was clean.

Owner's check-in email was super simple with everything you needed clearly listed. Great experience!

Overall the condo met our expectations, the only thing that would be nice is to have more than one mirror (which was in the bathroom) with 5 people trying to get ready. Being on the ground floor was convenient, but we had very noisy people above us. Loved being near the beach.

This unit was just right for us! Apt was very clean and well-stocked with towels. Pool and common areas were maintained daily, and gave us the best of both worlds! It’s situated directly across from the beach entrance, with public restrooms/showers right there! Lots of good restaurants, and a short drive to the Outlet Shopping Center, as well as two grocery stores. Laundry is coin-operated machines on premises, but very convenient. We’ll definitely be coming back to Summer Breeze!

I really liked my stay in Summer Breeze 108. The condo was clean and very cozy. The king bed and sofa bed mattresses were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Location was great just across the scenic route from the beach. Very close to the grills and the pool. Would love to return to this area.

We recently stayed in 108 and had the best time. The room was really clean and cozy, and is perfect for pool access. This is our second year in a row to stay at Summer Breeze, and we will be back for a third!

My sisters and I had a wonderful time, 3 days of happiness. The condo was complete with all the comforts of home and much, much more. Beachside, poolside, restaurants close by, the sounds of the ocean and the sweet smells of the coast. We shall return!

We enjoyed this unit at Summer Breeze. The condo was clean with plenty of room. Very quaint. Great location on Scenic Gulf Drive and close to all the wonders and fun the Destin area offers. Loved being away from the high rise condos. I will definitely rent again when I return to the Destin area.

This was such a nice, clean place to enjoy the beach & wonderful food. Just a few steps to the swimming pool and hot tub. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and Pompano Joe's. The area was quiet but plenty to do.

What a great condo! Freshly painted and in great condition. Quiet area, with heated pool and hot-tub. Just steps away from the beach. Bed was comfortable, and two TV's in living room was a nice touch for the kiddies! (Nintendo GameCube connected to one TV). Condo owner and property manager are great people and always easy to work with.

Great location with pool, beach and state parks close by. Condo size was perfect. The property was quiet and clean and other owners were friendly. Only complaints were the uncomfortable bed, lack of tools for grilling (no tongs and grill spatula) and dirty shower curtain liner. We would definitely stay here again if the bed is replaced because we loved everything else. Having all the beach supplies provided was a bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My family and I had such a wonderful time. It was the perfect escape from our everyday routine. Easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping made this property very accommodating. Summer Breeze 108 is one of our favorite condo rentals. The unit is in the perfect location. The best part is walking out of your patio with the pool and hot tub steps from your living room. Made lunches effortless for 5 and 7 year olds! The condo is very clean and super nice, with a fully stocked kitchen. Would love to stay here every time we come!

We've stayed at Summer Breeze at least 4 times over the past 5 years. The location right across the beach is great. It is not overly crowded at that particular entrance point. Condo 108 is very, very clean and comfortable - and I think the kitchen is stocked with more than my own. My two kids - 15 and 17 - are ready to go back. We loved booking with Chris because of the ease of reservation and friendliness of his Property Manager.

Although the weather didn't cooperate very well, the kids took every opportunity to be in the water. We were so close to the pool we could be cooking or cleaning and still see the littles and hear the giggles. It was also nice the it was walking distance to a few restaurants. The neighbors were super nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

I would recommend to anyone. All you need is here. Price wise, is better than most hotels. And you have room for a family and guests. Will be back next year.

I hate to give a good review because I won't be able to get reservations next trip BUT we loved the condo. It was great for us with a baby and a 7 yr. old. The location to the pool and beach is perfect. The condo had everything we needed for a great beach trip. Chris was easy to rent from and answered all questions prior to renting. We walked to Pompano Joe's for dinner and it was excellent. We will definitely rent again.

Nothing bad to say about the place. We loved the proximity to the beach- you could practically throw a rock from your condo and land it in the Gulf! The unit itself was clean and comfortable and stocked with TVs, a video game console and games, a few books, brand new beach chairs and umbrella, and beach toys. The pool/hot tub area was clean and complete with outdoor bathrooms nearby so you don't have to go back inside your condo with wet feet. I would highly recommend staying here and I myself will definitely be back!

Summer Breeze is a great place to stay and this condo is very clean and well maintained. The pool is always warm, hot tub is hot, and the property is wonderful! This condo is the perfect location, and you are close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. You can hear the sounds of the waves and feel the gulf breeze from the patio. Bed is comfy, towels in the bathroom are soft.

Chris is great. He is an owner that truly cares about his guests and wants to make sure everything is just right. Chris is available day and night to answer any of your questions or concerns. We had a wonderful week and the condo met our needs, I felt right at home. I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to return soon! I would recommend this condo to family and friends.

The condo was clean. My family had an enjoyable time. The beach was only a very short walk away, clean pool and hottub. The kitchen was updated and great. Lots of TVs. My children loved the bunkbeds. Parking was off the street and easy. Close to everything. I loved the first floor unit. Thanks for having an array of beach toys. We had an initial hiccup- this was my first time using VRBO- on check-in...I found out no such thing. But the owner called me within 2 hours, promised to make it right, so...just a few minor housekeeping items - need new bed pillows and caulking around the tub, and the toilet runs most of the time.

There is a lot to be said about our stay in this condo but let me start with the basics. The owner was always a phone call a way and willing to help in any way needed. The condo was clean and the furniture & bed was comfortable. On the patio, the owner has an assortment of pool and beach gear that made it to where we hardly bought anything for the beach. There was board games, books and a video game system available as well for late night entertainment. The walk to the beach is also a plus, from the back patio, you'll be on sand within 45 seconds. You're close enough that you can walk back to the condo from the beach to grab another beach toy if needed. Pampano joes is a 2 minute walk and is a great place to buy a drink and listen to live music everyday. It was a great stay and we can't wait to come down again next year.

Family had an enjoyable time staying at Summer Breeze. Nice place to relax. Comfortable sofa and bed. Daughter liked the top bunk, her little space. Liked the short walk to the beach. Never tried the pool or hottub but looked clean and inviting. We'll be back.

I brought my mom to Destin for her first vacation and we had a great time. The condo was really nice. It was four women and my nephew and it was perfect for us. Really nice and cozy. The location right across the street from the beach was perfect. We will defiantly be back!

This condo was much more than expected considering the great deal we got! We never thought we would end up staying in a beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-decorated condo for this price. We had a fantastic time away from the kids for a few days, beach was beautiful and we had fantastic beach access. It was affordable and cozy for the 2 of us, and had everything we needed. I would have to say that it would not have been big enough for my family (2 kids) even with the bunk beds, but the next time we can get away for some grown up time, I would definately use this property again. The only problem with the condo was we kept having air conditioner problems, and that's the only reason I can't give 5 stars. The thermostat was programmed and we would wake up sweating in the middle of the night and it was 86 degrees in the condo. After the 2nd night we googled how to change / over ride the setting, and that ended that problem.

This was the first time we have done a girls trip. Me, my daughter, my granddaughter (age 2) and a great friend stayed here and had a wonderful time. We absolutely loved the location as it directly across from the beach. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. I would love to come back again and sit in the hot tub some more. We have been coming to the panhandle for many years now, and hands down, this is our favorite place!! This was our first and hopefully not our last visit to this unit!! The owner could not have been more kind and helpful. I can not say enough good about this place! Home away from home!!!

Excellent place to stay in destin, very reasonable price. Plenty of room for my husband and I. A family of Four would fit perfect too. My husband uses a wheelchair and this condo was very accessible. There are ramps everywhere, and the condo is right across the street from the public beach access with wheelchair access. Also as a side note for others, Destin Wheels is an excellent company to rent a power beach wheelchair. Our stay was excellent!

This was an excellent location for getting to the beach. Parking was not an issue at all. Probably better for small children if it's more than just 2 people. Only complaints were the A/C constantly resetting back to 76 which made the condo pretty hot at night. Also, the hot tub was just that...HOT. We attempted to use and it was too hot for comfort. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable for a great price.

This is a great place for a vacation or even a few nights getaway. We loved our stay here in Destin! The condo is really close to the beach and had lifegaurds on duty. It was very clean upon arrival and had a very welcoming feel. We took the snorkel tour and the kids loved it, we got to see dolphins and found lots of hermit crabs and shells, however the water was much clearer here at our beach. Most of our time was spent at the beach or in the swimming pool. There is a washing machine and dryer but bring quarters as each machine costs $2.00. The condo was a little warm due to the thermostat being set a little high in my opinion but overall this was still an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was nice to get away and the condo was in a nice location to the beach and the main drag with all the restaurants and stores. Enjoyed the ease of grilling dinner at night just steps from the back patio and pool.

We and our children had a wonderful experience at summer breeze. The room was homey, the pool was great and we love being just across the street from the beach. We had a blast during the day and were able to kick back and relax in the evening. We will defiantly be back.

Lovely property away from the hustle and bustle! My wife and I stayed for a week and can't wait to go back! Only complaint I had is the AC kept resetting itself to 78 but that's the only bad thing I can say about it! Chris was super nice and great to work with! Great condo at a great location.

This condo is great, is small but perfect for 4 adults, and maybe 2 children. If you like to cook while on vacation, this Kitchen has a few pans, but everything you need! Everything is clean, nice and neat. AC works great, however we only had an issue at night, were it is programed to higher temperature and it would get a little hot. I didn't want to change the programing, so had to keep waking up to lower the temperature. Beds are confortable and clean. They have beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids. Bathroom is perfect size. My only wish was they bought new towels, they are too small, looks more like hand towels.

It was the best stay in years, owner is very responsive and does his best to make your stay more enjoyable and confortable.

The best part of all, is the deck, big enough to fit everyone, with a gate leading into the barbecue, pool area. All you have to do is cross the street and you are on the beach!!!! The condo is located right in front of an area with very clean public bathrooms, a ramp to the sand, and sand wheelchair for those that need it, and lifeguards!

This is the perfect spot for a family getaway! You will not be dissapointed. I am definetly coming back, and recomending to family and friends :)
