Chris’s condo was PERFECT for our first vacation. We had 2 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. The beach being right across the street was perfect as well. 100% would recommend and stay again!

Perfect getaway place for our family.  Very short walk to the beach, food and shops in our favorite vacation area.

Host and their team were awesome. Great communication and accommodating where they could be. My family of 5 was comfortable and felt at home. The location is great! The Beach is directly across the street and every type of restaurant imaginable is close by. We can’t wait to visit again!

 

We had an incredible stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views of both the ocean and the pool. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—convenient, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to booking again next year.

Nice place, close to the beach!

The condo is great literally across the street from the beach.  It was easy to find and just as described.  It was clean and plenty of sleeping place for a family of 5.  I gave a 4 star rating only because I didn’t realize there would be no elevator and the condo was on the 3rd floor so that was the only downfall.  Other than that it was perfect.

 

The location and pool area were perfect. Easy walk to beach. While the unit was clean it could use some additional updating. Remove popcorn ceiling, the couch could use a deep clean and bathroom vanity could be replaced. Overall, the place worked for what we needed.    Date of arrival - March 13, 2025

It was a great location with a beautiful view. It’s very close to anything you would like to do or go to eat with very easy beach access. It has been a cozy place for our family to stay in and would consider booking again.

Great location. Directly across from the public beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and souvenir shops. Chris gave specific instructions and had no issues entering condo. On-site parking right by the stairs. Condo was very clean and view was beautiful.

 

This location was perfect for my family, we love to walk to the beach day and night. Not too far of a drive to the boardwalk and other activities, we rented a golf cart this year and had a blast!! The pull out bed and bunk beds mattresses were very uncomfortable, would recommend replacing.

Wonderful Ground Floor End Unit, Recently Renovated, Beachfront and Poolside!   Reservation ID #HA-7GQ27Q   This property is a gem! Great location! I was traveling with my 5 yo son. Plastic plates, bowls & cups would be a nice addition for the families that stay at this location. There are zero. Being on the far corner of the property allowed for privacy and seemingly a private entrance. Parking was no issue, ever. Comfy bed!! Laundry was right out the front door. If you download the app for the machines, you'll receive a $5 credit. Enough for 2 loads. Definitely not a big deal not having one in the unit. I was the only one doing laundry or at least it felt like that. A laundry basket would have been helpful, if provide. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, toaster oven, coffee maker, knife block, ice maker, etc. to stay in and cook. Clearly, you're not using Henckels and All-Clad. Now to why it didn't receive 5 stars.... This place has great bones! Does it need some paint, for sure! You are not staying at the Ritz for this price, duh! No deadbolt on the front door or chain lock!!! That's unacceptable. The primary sheets are pilly and need to be replaced. The seating outdoor could use 2 new chairs and a table. The pictures of the balcony/patio area are not accurate. No hanging towels and suits on the railing - no big deal!! Providing somewhere to hang said wet towels and suits would be helpful.There's no broom! There's a dust-buster with a 4 inch opening & handle. Not very helpful. Lastly, the trash can needs a lid or to be replaced. A few updates and this place could be 5/5!

Great place by the beach!

My family and I had a great time staying at Chris’s condo. The size was perfect for our young family and it was in a great location. Our favorite thing about the unit easily was the AC lol. It was consistent the whole time which is good because it was HOT all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. It was definitely a plus having chairs and an umbrella for the beach so we didn’t have to pack our own. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Chris contacted us ahead of time with all of the information we needed to get into the condo and also provided some recommendations for local food/activities. We had no issues and would definitely come back here in the future.

This is exactly what my family and I were needing for a wonderful vacation in paradise! Only steps away from the beautiful emerald green coast and very close to shops and restaurants! Only down fall is people upstairs we’re very noisy but we managed to sleep well! Will consider coming back next year! Property manager was very responsive and pleasant! Everything was great I’ve rented from same owner now for like 4 years. Now will have to say when we got there this year they were doing some renovation to the outside of the condos ours was a little more under construction then what the owner was aware of so our back porch area was a mess, but I do have to say once the owner was aware of this he called me personally on my cell phone while we where there and personally apologized for any inconvenience and how it looked I must say that’s top notch service and I thank him for calling in person and apologizing thank you Chris and will see you again in the future.?   Date of arrival - July 23, 2022

Chris was a fantastic host! We really and truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location being a walking distance to the beach (and better for those with kids…the entrance with bathrooms!!) I definitely fell in love with the area and how everything we wanted to do was not even 10 minutes away. Chris’ condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay to be perfect!

The condo was clean and livable, as advertised. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been nice, but more importantly the bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, but the outside property is in need of some upkeep.   Date of arrival - March 17, 2022

The host, Chris, communicated with us before we arrived and gave us the property manager’s number if we had any issues. The listing on AirBnB perfectly described the property. It was clean, the beds were soft, and location was great. The location is in walking distance to the beach, Kenny Ds, and Pompano Joe's. Repeat: WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH. Also, when you walk back from the beach there is a place to wash off the sand from your legs and feet before going inside. My family and I will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was just as pictured. We stayed with two toddlers & and infant and all fit comfortably. The location is unbeatable. We loved having a heated pool steps outside of our condo, and the best part was the with a short walk to the beach. We were tired from our drive but because of the location of the room, we were able to park very close to our door! It made bringing our bags in A Breeze! We were in our swimsuits and back outside in no time! It was VERY nice having beach chairs, a big umbrella and wave boards for the kids to take to the beach!… All of those were there to be used and so nice not to have to buy new! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us to sleep and felt right at home. It was also nice that the Summer Breeze renters have our area to ourselves and others can’t just walk thru coming & going. It makes it a very nice family atmosphere. Makes you feel safe. The beach is a short walk across the street and restaurants are also a close walk. We are really hoping to come back in the Fall!!! Chris will have to find me a open slot!!! I don’t think I ever want to stay anywhere else!!!!!! Seriously, if you have questions… send them to him, he gets right back with you! There were multiple issues: 1. Kitchen: Stove top on left did not work. Stove tops on right had backed on food on the foil covers. No salt & pepper. We stayed for 10 days but only 7 coffee filters. Poor cleaning.... found old daily box of pills on top of the refrigerator. Pots and pans warped so no flat surface for even cooking. 2. Bathroom: Frayed towels & wash clothes, no soap for the tub/shower, hole in the wall from a towel rack that was pulled out. I have stayed all over from Hawaii to Maine with VRBO and never had a worse place to stay....BUT the location is perfect.   Date of arrival - October 5, 2021

Owner was very responsive when I asked questions before our stay. Hostess was quick to respond when the toilet had to be fixed during our stay. It was so nice to be able to walk across the street to the beautiful beach! The walking/biking trail is right in front of the property. There are grills on the property for you to use. Place is perfect for location!! Cute little place across from the Ocean!

For the price it’s a perfect get away for just two or a family of 4. Right across the street from the beach and they provide beach chairs. Really good distance from the pool with a jacuzzi what’s not to love. My only knock on this place is the upstairs neighbors are really loud and can ruin the experience if you were looking for quiet and peace while indoors. Thankfully we were rarely inside. Overall for the price it’s good because of the location everything is only at most 15 minutes away.

Great location right beside the beach and some awesome restaurants. The pool and hot tub were nice to have around. The bike track is awesome we really enjoyed riding up and down the town.

If you love Miramar and Crystal beach area like we do, this is the Best location there is. Small condo community of 36 units. Walk out to pool hot tub and grills. The incredible beach is across the street! Walk to fav places like Kenny D’s, Camilles, pompano joes and more! Close to mid bay bridge to explore bay life and fave locations like Docs oyster Bar and The Wharf! Grocery-liquor-gift shops and more just a short drive down the road and of you must, national food and shopping chains are only a few minutes behind you on the crazy main drag. Love the quaintness of summer breeze anchored by large expensive communities. Give it a try.

The location is 5 STAR!!! My favorite thing about my stay was that when you swim in the pool or go in the hot tub you can literally hear the beach waves crashing across the street. The Beach access is amazing. I just love this place so much. Thank you Chris

This is our second time staying at this location and it won't be our last! It's right across from the beach, super clean, comfy, and perfect for our needs. Love it!

We had no complaints. We were only there for a short weekend. Location was good, however I will say that I would not consider it "in the heart of Destin'. It was just outside of all the main attractions which was fine for us. There were a few places within walking distance but not a lot and mostly Mexican. We did go to Pompamo Joe's which was awesome and we did walk. We also ate at Osaka Japanese Steakhouse and Crackings which both were awesome. We ate at a Japanese buffet which I would not recommend. My only suggestion would be to have a guest book. Everywhere I've stayed in the past had a guest book with notes about the area or for guest to write in suggestion for local restaurants and attractions.

Renting was easy and fast, with great response time and hospitality,- very friendly. The beach is right across the street, not far at all. Everything is right nearby;- Shops, groceries “PUBLIX”, Wal-Mart, restaurants, CVS, bookstores, mall outlets- ect. The rooms are nice, fits 3 well, is able to fit and sleep 6, -it would be a bit crowded but not impossible. It was a nice stay for the most part, the condo is well insulated for AC/HEAT, but you are able to hear footsteps above you if the other renters aren’t light on their feet. Overall I would rate the stay a 4star for location/cleanliness, and 5 stars for communication with the renters. It’s a nice place for a family vacation but wouldn’t recommend this location for a honeymoon getaway or a secluded vacation. Ask them about their other locations and if they have anything like that available if that’s what you’re looking for, these aren’t their only properties. As for everything being equally advertised it was true and non misleading, the pictures are accurate and everything was/is as says, and if you run into a hitch/bump just email the renter and they’ll help you out ASAP. Would I go back? Yes.

This was our first trip to Florida and so had no idea what to expect. As a single mom with 2 boys, I always overpack but was hoping for the best on all levels. The apartment was clean, adorable, 200 steps from the beach, and simply perfect for us! We will definitely stay again!

Corner unit with privacy! Easy access to the beach and plenty of places to walk to for dinning and entertainment. This unit is a perfect place for our family (6), kitchen was stocked as advertised, pool was just a few steps away from our deck. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys. We also rented a golf cart to get around on. Everyone enjoyed the experience.

The place was clean and a great location right across the street from the beach access. I loved it being in the corner on the bottom floor. It made moving luggage and parking very easy. It also had the laundry room right outside the door, so we didnt have to go far and could keep an eye on our clothes. As far as amenities go they have basically everything you would need. They were only lacking a blender. The kids enjoyed the toys that were provided. The main bed however was hard as a rock, but the pillows were soft and nice. After a day drained in the sun at the beach it was easy to overlook.

We stayed at Summer Breeze Unit 112 for six weeks. 112 is on the end looking over the parking lot. By being on the end we had a little more privacy. The unit has a few more windows than the inner condos, which made the place lighter. The outdoor furniture was not the best but since we didn’t have a nice view we didn’t sit out on the patio much. The place was clean and very nice. The vacuum cleaner helped keep the sand on the floors to a minimum. The pots and pans have seen better days and the Teflon was scratched. There were plenty of plates, sliver ware, cups and glasses. The bathroom and bedroom have plenty of storage.

The location is premium, directly across the street and a great bar for happy hour. There is five miles of sidewalk open to recreation. Shopping is nearby and plenty of grocery and restaurant options.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the clean pool and hot tub area.

We recommend staying at Summer Breeze until 112.

We enjoyed the condo very much . The condo was clean and cozy upon arrival. The beach was closer than other condos or resorts. Nice Hot tub and pool 5 steps away. Everything youre promise and more... access to beach chairs, noodles, boogies boards, and more in the chest. Bring an umbrella and plenty of sunscreen. No WiFi connection was available. Highly recommend.

Miramar Beach is gorgeous! Unit was as pictured and perfect for vacation. Very comfortable

The location was perfect. The beach was right across the street. Ten minute or less drive to the outlet stores. The floors of the condo were dirty. I bought the swiffer wet mop pads and they were almost black by the time I finished. Also some updates/paint would make a big difference.

Great location! Enjoyed walking to restaurants on bike path and beach. Ground floor was perfect for our toddler and all our beach gear. Condo and grounds were clean and had everything we needed for a beach vacation!

This spot was perfect for us. Just a quick walk (literally) across the street and we were on the beach. The location worked well, b/c you're close to the beach and close enough to restaurants/shopping/etc. without being right in the middle of traffic. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The complex is well maintained and easy to access.

This location was very close to the beach, just had to cross the road and set up. Bed was very uncomfortable. Recommend a better mattress. Not that we used the TV'S a lot, but they were very small. Dirty under living room sofa, but fairly clean everywhere else.

My husband and I stayed here and it was outstanding. The room was clean and I loved that there was a bunk bed available, outside of the master bedroom. It is right across from the beach, so no need to drive your car, you can just walk over with all of your stuff. The beach was beautiful and October was a great time to visit with the crowds very minimal. Would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I really enjoyed staying in this condo for a week. It was our first trip to Destin. It was nice and clean and had room for all of our stuff. We also liked that this unit is on the ground floor. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there but at least we had a nice condo to stay in and watch movies! Only problem was the people upstairs made a lot of noise. But, great location to the beach. So more pros than cons. We do hope to return again soon!

The unit was great for a family of four to spend the week between the beach and the pool! The complex is an older one however the unit has been kept up and is satisfactory with only a few minor cosmetic issues. On arrival the unit was clean and stocked with the initial items you would expect in a weekly rental as promised. The instructions for entry were clear and we had no issues with keys etc. My only complaint was that the bedroom did not have curtains and even with the blinds closed the room was very light at night and first thing in the morning not a big issue but I would have loved to take advantage of the children sleeping late by getting an extra hour myself. One VRBO related item. No physical address was provided and the google map listing provided through the VRBO app is not correct. This caused some consternation at the end of a long drive.

This is the second year that we have stayed at summer breeze. We enjoy staying in this condo because of the convience of being on the ground floor and toward the back offering more privacy. Toward the end of the week, the staff brought in new pool furniture which was an added bonus. This is the perfect location for your family vacation. We will definitely be back.

We had a perfect place to stay in, close to beach (right across the street), easy access to Pompano Joes and all the other restaurants and bars in the area.

Excellent accommodations. Place made me feel very comfortable as if it was my own home. All the restaurants and stores were within a 5 to 10 mile radius of the rental. We highly recommend this place for some vacation time.

We made last-minute plans on Friday to stay in Destin for a beachy weekend. The property manager for Summer Breeze went out of his way to make arrangements for us. We parked right at the front door. A laundry room sat a few feet from the entrance. The space was clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies and clean linens, easy to find and easy to access. The end unit is on a quiet edge of the property with a good poolside view and almost a glimpse of the gulf. Right on a walking/biking trail following the shore, the condo is a 1 minute walk from public access to the beach and a short walk or drive from restaurants. The kids loved the layout with the bunk beds in the hallway. We had a fun weekend in a nice location. Would recommend to friends and family.

Just finishing our beautiful stay at Summer Breeze! The condo is on the first level by the pool and pet friendly. Conveniently located to walking path and just across the road from the beach. Short walk to restaurants, Alvins, DQ, and Bad Ass Coffee for breakfast. Nick was great to work with and the condo had everything needed. Laundry facilities were located right outside our door.

This unit was perfect for just my husband and myself with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Upon arrival unit was clean and kitchen stocked with the essentials. It's location at the end of the complex provided the right amount of privacy away from pool and hot tub. Walk to beach is not bad at all just right across the street and you are there. We will definitely consider for future vacations.

We had a great trip! The location is awesome! This was the first time we have stayed in Miramar. In the past we have stayed in Destin and I can absolutely say we will come back to Miramar! Convenient to Destin, but close to the outlets, lots of restaurants, etc. This was also the first time we have vacationed with our Golden Retriever. The walking path was great to take the dog for a morning walk down to get some coffee. Being an end unit, it was super easy to take the dog out for potty breaks. The week we rented was a light travel week and the complex was super quiet. We also didn't have to fight for space on the beach. The space was great for two, small families, etc. Nick was very patient and easy to work with answering all of my questions quickly! We got our deposit back within 2 days! The unit wasn't brand new, but acceptably clean, very well stocked and nicely decorated. If you do bring your dog, Miramar requires you to be a resident with a dog permit to go on the beach. However, the dog beach in Panama City was an easy day trip we absolutely recommend. Lastly, though the complex's pool seems a little small it is cool and shaded in the afternoon. Very refreshing after a long hot day at the beach. Overall, super happy with our stay! Thank you, Nick!

The location of this condo and the amenities that are provided make this condo feel like home! Being on the ground unit and an end level made for easy access after a long day at the beach. The condo itself is very clean and offers all that is needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute condo with beach access directly across the street! From front door to sand in less than 3 minutes! My mom and I loved this ground level condo, making it easy to come in and out with my small dog and no stairs to climb. Parking was less than 15 feet from the front door, which helped when loading and unloading the car. This unit doesn't have a beach view, and is the last condo of the unit. But we liked being on the end and had less noise than the middle units that were directly in front of the pool. I really like the enclosed patio/back deck, & how it had a latch gate door to access the grassy area outside the back of the condo and pool area. Made it very convenient taking my dog out. The condo was clean and decorated with a cute beachy theme. It was perfect for our mother/daughter beach trip! Pompano Joe's was just a block away on the beach and had great food. I had no problems renting through VRBO, and got my pet deposit back quickly after the trip. Would love to stay here again!

Loved staying in this clean condo. Steps to the beach, restaurants close. Chair rental right on beach. Parking very close to condo on ground floor. Heated pool and hot tub. comfortable bed.

We really loved staying at this condo!! We had close access to everything and the golf cart we rented made our trip that much better! We loved the deck off of our condo and the fact that it was an end unit was even better!! Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The unit was clean and just what we needed, we will be coming back to stay at the Summer Breeze again!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend vacation. Nothing fancy -- but comfortable and a great location -- the beach is right across the street. We also really enjoyed the walking / biking path right in front of the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is absolutely perfect! Having access to the pool and beach (right across the street) was awesome! The condo was clean and being an end unit definitely has its benefits. The water heater wasn't working the first day we got there and Nick sent a handyman within 15-20 minutes. It was a quick and easy fix. Nick is very easy to get a hold of which I appreciate. I would definitely return to this condo again in the future.

Our family enjoied this condo for a quick trip to the beach. Good size for our family of 4 and little dog, too. Loved being on the end of the unit, too! Easy walk across the street to the beach. Only issue I had was the rug in the kichen floor was too slippery and almoat threw me to the floor! We just moved it out if the way for our stay, so no biggie!

This condo was exactly as described on VRBO. It was VERY clean and steps from the beach and restaurants. Nick, the property manager, was absolutely wonderful. A+ customer service. I will definitely come back to this unit again.

Myself and my husband and another couple stars in this adorable condo by the sea. Not only was it very clean but functional and right across the street from the beach and beach restaurant. We will definitely come back and request this unit every time .

My friend and I stayed here for a short week girls getaway and let me say-it was perfect! The condo was very clean, decorated well, and steps from the beach. Nick, the owner, met us when we got there to walk us through and check that everything was satisfactory. They even left us a gift card for dinner on them and checked on us during the week-great customer service! This is the perfect place for a couples get away or a girls weekend. The pool area with the complex was clean and had plenty of chairs, as well as a hot tub. Will definitely be staying there again!

This was my first time using VRBO & I couldn't have had a better experience. Nick was helpful in making the arrangements & addressing my questions. The place was clean and quiet - an end unit which was nice. Literally across the street from the beach & walking distance to a few restaurants and a coffee shop. Perfect place to just get away from it all.

From my time at this rental property it was great! We stayed for about a week and didn't have many problems at all. Very friendly place and pet friendly as well. The beach is right there with in walking distance and not a very crowed area either. The condo was awesome very clean and roomy. Most of all I like that the kitchen had unstencils to cool with big plus for me! This was my boyfriend and I first trip to flordia and will definitely be making another one down there in the future! Great time

This condo was perfect for us. Right across the street from the beach eliminated hassles with driving and parking. Close to everything. We'll be back and hope to get this same room!
