The place was wonderful and great ocean views. It was clean and relaxing. Only down fall is host did not communicate with me about checking in with the door codes. I sent a message about checking in and got no response. I had to call real joy for me to get me into the condo.. other than that, no issues...

There are 3 or 4 pools on site and just a short walk to the beach!! on site there is a basketball court, golfing, and tennis courts!! I was also glad I didn't have to miss a workout while on vacation either! There is a nice gym and sauna on site as well. highly recommend

Perfect location to access beach and shops. Only gripe I will warn about is parking guard. I was given given citation for improper display of permit. I had my permit hung from mirror but was partially covered due to sunscreen.   Date of arrival - May 18, 2024

Miramar Beach and the surrounding areas was absolutely breathtaking with stunning views and gorgeous beaches and this rental puts you right in the middle of it all. The accommodations provide an excellent view of the beach morning, evening and even in moonlight. Would wholeheartedly recommend

We were originally set to stay at another of Chris' locations. When unexpected changes, at no fault to him, arose, Chris contacted me directly and made arrangements for us at his other property with no additional paperwork or anything! It was very easy and stress free, which was amazing as this was our first big family vacation!! Will definitely book at Chris' locations again.

This is an amazing place TBH. The unit is on the 16th floor overlooking the beach. The walk to the beach is short and pretty. Totally worth the stay!!

The view from the 16th floor is breathtaking and spectacular! I really enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and looking at the water as far as my eyes could see. The condo is simply decorated, clean and pleasant. Our stay was enjoyable and very relaxing! The elevators were super fast and access to the three pools was perfect. The beach is either a walk or quick drive away and convenient. There were minor issues during the stay. However, Jacque, the property manager, was accommodating with assisting with my concerns and fixing the issues that arose. I was able to get in contact with Jacque easily and her responses were quick. Also, before arriving to Destin, I reached out to Chris several times and he too was communicative, friendly and professional. I would suggest placing a dresser (instead of the tv cabinet) in the bedroom for storage space and more flat surface to place items on. Overall, it was a good choice for my family and would definitely recommend.

Chris was an awesome host! He communicated very well with us from the moment we booked to the day we checked out. His condo was perfect for our needs. The view is absolutely beautiful and being able to watch the sunset from the patio is a bonus! The walk to the beach was short and sweet and not too strenuous for those who have little ones or disabilities. The location is perfect; close to the outlets but not too far from the bay in Destin. Highly recommend this condo to stay in!

Chris was great in sending us information on great places to dine and giving us great places to go for water adventures. The view what’s marvelous. We enjoyed jet skiing, parasailing, dolphin watching, snowbird diving! What a great vacation

Very nice place the photos were as advertised. The view is great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Easy walk to the beach even with a 21 month old child in a stroller. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The only negative was the floors in the condo were dirty. They need a good mopping. Everything else was great, good communication and easy check-in done through emails. Oh yeah, others mentioned in their comments, but really, screw that headboard to the wall. I’m sure the neighbors would appreciate it.

Loved this place! It had just about everything we needed in the kitchen to cook simple meals in the room. Really spacious, and beautiful views to the ocean. Walking distance from the beach. Enjoyed the pools at the hotel. Communication and check in was a breeze.

Such a well needed getaway in a beautiful condo. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I, and had a beautiful view of the Ocean. We spent the whole first day in the condo relaxing and enjoying the view! I cannot wait to come back in the future!   Date of arrival - August 30, 2021

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this condo. It was an easy walk to a great beach, or just as easy to hop in the car and find a parking spot along the road. The location is close enough to downtown Destin that we didn't mind the drive. The condo itself is in a gated community which was nice. The condo pools are also really nice, especially the pool with the zero-depth entrance with seating along the entire pool and a fun waterfall feature. The fitness room was functional but nothing special. We didn't try the condo bar/restaurant until the last night but the food was actually really good! The room itself was very nice, the view is spectacular. But I want to note a few important items for families: 1) Highly recommend bringing a bed rail for the top bunk bed. I felt it was very dangerous without that. 2) Master bedroom does not lock 3) DVD player only works on the bedroom TV 4) Consider bringing a night light for the kids sleeping in the hallway bunk beds. 5) Silverware and dishes are provided but there are not very many so bring your own or plan on doing dishes after every meal. Finally, I highly recommend visiting the Henderson Beach State Park for their sand dune nature trail and the beach itself.   Date of arrival - August 7, 2021

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and the view is great! I would recommend to take your own pans for cooking as they do need to be updated. The Teflon is scratched completely from the pan as there are only metal spatulas and spoons to use. The shower was also very slick on the first use. Location was great and condo was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price point. Previous reviews are mostly accurate. Not sure what is going on with the headboard but it’s still doing something weird. And please know if you plan a cook very much you will probably want to bring/buy your skillets, pans, cooking utensils etc. The ones there are in dire need of replacement. Reservations and check in was very easy. The location and view was also nice. Property was nice, however just a little dated. Smooth and easy check in!The condo was clean. All the essentials that we needed. The only thing I would suggest to bring with you would be an iron, there was not one available. What a wonderful week to be in Destin! Sunny and warm the whole time. Condo was clean and neat. Great view of the water and sunset. Soon as you get off the elevator the entry to the condo is right there! Tons of retail close by. The floor plan has a great flow to it. We would definitely love to come back!

The condo was nice and the furnishings were adequate. The building and surrounding grounds were clean and well maintained. While it was obvious from the pictures that there was a walk to get to the beach, I way underestimated the challenge of that walk while carrying all our beach gear. It was exhausting. The condo had all the basics but lacked a few of the simple things needed for daily living. Not a twist tie in the place, nor a pen. The layout was good and it was very nice to have two bathrooms and laundry. The worst was the bed. It squeeked very loudly with the slightest movement. My husband and I kept waking each other up every time we turned over. We played the golf course on the property and found it to be very unattractive. I can never remember playing an ugly golf course before. The good news in all this is we loved the Miramar area. Great restaurants and the beach was fabulous. We would go back again to Miramar and we did have a great time.

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo. It is very clean, a great value, and an incredible view! Very easy walk to the beach that takes about 2-3 minutes. The water was beautiful.

We are a retired couple and spent 1 week in this well-equipped condo. We had a wonderful time! Great pots and pans for home cooking. The bed is very comfortable. Big flat screen TV in the living room. Plenty of room. The owner was very helpful and responded to our questions in a timely manner. This is an excellent condo with a great view of the ocean. The views overlooking the lake and cabins below, extend out beyond the balcony to the breathtaking Gulf. It's beautiful sight, opening the drapes every morning and looking out to the crispy, shiny water. We used the exercise facilities frequently. The complex is kept clean by friendly and attentive staff. Spent many nights at the Cabana Cafe bar and restaurant, which is 3 minutes away. We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

Loved this condo! What an amazing view and we had a private balcony to enjoy it. The unit was beautifully decorated with updated furniture and appliances. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. Everything we could have needed was supplied and the condo was in the perfect location. The unit was CLEAN and Chris and his staff were so friendly and helpful. We've already booked our return trip to celebrate our anniversary in October!

The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the bed was not very comfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

My family loved staying at this condo! It was right by the elevator, so it was very accessible and easy to find! The view is spectacular! This condo is perfect for families of 4! The only downfall is that the interior is a little outdated. The television in the bedroom is super small, and the bed in the bedroom really needs to be replaced. It was not that comfy and would squeak every time you moved.

We went for a long weekend. The unit is nice and conveniently located right off the elevator. The only problem we had was loud neighbors on the night before we left. We would stay at Aerial Dunes again.

This has got to be one of the best condo's I have stayed at in Miramar Beach. I have been visiting the area twice a year for the last 12. The condo was extremely clean, and in great condition. This definitely is a luxury stay. 16th floor provides an absolutely stunning view of the sunset every night.... walking distance to gas station, and shop across the street. cafe/bar/and restaurant downstairs. Chris was great during the booking process and even checked in during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! This beautiful condo is everything as advertised. The view from the 16th floor is spectacular and the privacy allows for you to lounge with morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail! The unit is upscale, clean, and welcoming. Cabana Cafe, Royal Palm, and the Beach Bar are mere yards away and are all terrific spots to eat and drink. Rear access to the complex makes it easy to get to Hwy. 98 and all the shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. It was a totally relaxing week for me. You must give it a try!

We liked our stay here. Great views and the unit was nice.
Only reason why it lost the star is that the bed is pretty squeaky when 2 people are in it and most likely needs to be replaced.
Also I newer tv in the family room wouldn’t hurt.

My wife, 8 yr old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We were able to walk across the boardwalk to the beach, eat breakfast at Whale's Tail, play golf, swim, do a ropes course, play arcade games and workout without leaving the property! we also found a great Catholic church less than 5 minutes away and an outlet mall less than 5 minutes way. Not to mention easy access to the Boulevard Shoppes and dining district. We loved it.

I had to change my dates on my trip near the 30 day mark for cancellation. Chris was very attentive to my request and helped me reschedule the booking dates. Chris was only a text away and had everything ready for us when we arrived there. The view from this condo is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was struggling with wanting to be on the beach for the sunset or wanting to be in the condo! It is in a convenient location, as well. There are pots and pans and plates and cups if you need them, as well. Very homey. I will definitely be checking if this condo is available first thing next time we take a trip to Destin

My husband, 2 kids, and I stayed in this great unit for 4 nights. The unit is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is close to the beach and has a wonderful view of the beach and pools below. I am extremely picky (my husband says too picky) about living arrangements while traveling and this condo exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this rental to family, friends, and others traveling. Affordable and convenient! The washer and dryer were lifesavers! The owner is very friendly and prompt in response time. The pictures do not do this unit justice. I look forward to returning!

This condo is such a great deal. It's clean, and updated. My sister stayed in a different unit and was jealous of ours. Ours was cleaner, and had better furniture in the balcony and living room.
This one was such a great rate. The rate is a steal for the location, and this updated unit. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They have good sized pools as well. I would recommend this place again!

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights in this unit and it was amazing. It was clean, spacious with a homey atmosphere. The photos are an understatement of the entire condo especially the view from the patio. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with everything you can think of needing. It's very quiet and peaceful. The owner is also amazing and approachable about any additional accommodations. Trust me when I say it's well worth the affordable price!

My family has been coming to Destin for four years, but this was our first time in Chris’ condo. We stayed for one week as we usually do and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The condo views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean - everything was perfect, way more than we expected! The kitchen is functional and well equipped with all the appliances and utensils required for cooking and dining.
Chris was very responsive and answered all our questions prior our arrival. We highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Destin. We will be back!

This condo is a great family vacation spot! It was exactly as described. It is clean, well-stocked with kitchen essentials and towels, and the washing machine and dryer were appreciated. This property was a wonderful place to stay. We had a great time. Everything was in place and ready for us as soon as we got there. Access to the beach was easy to get to whether walking or driving to the parking lot across the street from the beach. Seascape resort is beautiful and the sunset from the 16th floor was breathtaking. We will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed for a week at this condo and loved it! The view was unbelievable and the condo itself was very nice. The kitchen was perfect with just about everything you need besides food. It was clean when we arrived and everything was ready to go for us as soon as we got there. The walk to the beach was about a five minute walk which was great because we didn't have to find a parking spot and it was walking distance to at least three nice places to eat or drink. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because the bed was just not comfortable. It really does need to be replaced and the sheets and blankets are not soft or comfortable either. I did not sleep very well during my stay because of it. I hope this issues gets resolved because it is such a nice place! I would book again if the bed was replaced for sure!

The property was well kept and clean. The view was amazing and the beach was a short walk. When not out we spent hours just stating outside. Great condo and we will definitely consider using again next time we are vacationing in the area!

My fiance and our 4 year old daughter stayed here last week and it was perfect! The walk to the beach is the perfect distance. My daughter loved crossing over the pond on the way. The pool was also very nice, we spent most of our time there. The view was awesome from the 16th floor. We took advantage of the fitness room and it was also very nice!! Everyone was super nice that we came across at Seascapes. The condo was very well kept, clean and up to date. We drove 12 hours straight and arrived a few hours early. They allowed us to check in earlier then planned which was nice! It was affordable for our family which was also a plus! Hope to be back next year

So close to the beach and walked the boardwalk to breakfast each morning at the Whale's Tail on the beach. Love this place and can't wait to come back!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The pictures show a beautiful condo and actually it was even better when seeing it in person. Everything looks new and well taken care of. So much thought has been put into what will make the renter comfortable. Large TV and very comfortable bed. Very nice kitchen. Location to beach and area shopping and restaurants is very convenient. Chris was so nice and helpful and condo was spotless.

This was a wonderful rental. It had lots of great amenities: lovely view, affordable, walking distance to beach (a bit long, but very easy), fitness center and heated pool, washer and dryer in unit, 2 bathrooms, tasteful furnishings in living room, and a super owner. Chris was both responsive and responsible. When there was a small mishap (not Chris's fault), he handled it very quickly and professionally. There is a reason for all of these great reviews!! One little suggestion: it would be great if the bunk beds had individual lights--it is a cozy place to read.

This was our second year of staying in this condo. The view is so beautiful words can't even describe it. My title says it all : Home away from home! We love it there. We will be back!

The condo was perfect. It was just my son and I. The view was amazing, especially at sunset. The iwner was quick to respond. Will rent again.

The condo was great. It was relaxing and was so close to everything.
The sunsets were beautiful. However...the bed was really , really uncomfortable.
Every move made the bed creaky and you rolled to the middle.
Chris was very quick to respond and helpful when it came to questions or concerns. Would stay here again if we came to Miramar again.

We had a perfect stay at Ariel Dunes II. Check in was smooth, condo was neat and very clean, and location is very close to the beach. We enjoyed eating at Whale's Tail on the beach, and the Cabana Cafe inside Ariel Dunes. Chris called within 1 hour of an email I sent him before our stay. Very pleased, and will definitely be staying again. Thank you Chris!

Wonderful view, clean and comfortable room, excellent service!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The view was great, the condo was great. The staff was very helpful and everyone was very friendly. Was very grateful for the beach tram. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the shopping at both malls!

Everything about this stay was amazing. From reserving, to check out! The accommodations was perfect with room for all four of us to be comfortable. Easy walk to beach! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! I can not wait for my next visit!!!

Again as last year we had a blast!!! This is a great place to stay for a small group get away, girls week, family vacation!!!

Place was very nice. Close walk to beach, pool was great for my 3 year old. Chris gave me a call after we arrived to make sure we got checked in smoothly, which we did.
There's a decent restaurant in the other Ariel Dunes that will deliver to your room for free. Several restaurants and shops a short drive away, although there is a ton of traffic during peak hours.
If you're driving here, you might want to pack condiments, disposable silverware and plates if you plan on eating any meals in the condo, that way you're not doing dishes or running to the store because you forgot salt and pepper.

Overall, we had a great stay in this condo. The view from the balcony is amazing, and definitely the best feature. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location very convenient to the beautiful beach. The beach was a bit crowded and we were unable to get the beach chairs/umbrella that are included in the rental on one day, but we were there during a busy Spring break season.
We did have a disappointing experience with check-in. Check-in time is 4pm. We were hoping to be able to check in earlier (which we were told may be an option, but understood that it was not guaranteed.) The condo was not available for early check-in and was still not available an hour AFTER check-in time. The condo management was not particularly helpful. The owner, Chris, however was very helpful and responsive to a phone call and was able to assist with the situation, which was much appreciated.

Was lucky we got the condo at the last minute. Worked great for my family. We had other friends staying in seascape so it was great to be nearby. The beach and weather was fantastic. Getting pool bracelets was a little sloppy. I wish they had already been in the unit upon arrival. Will use again in the future.

I loved staying in this condo! The view is magnificent! At this Seascape Condo everyone was so friendly! If there was something we were not to happy with would have been the bed. It is noisy. Even a king size bed would be better, other then that it was perfect!🌅🌅 the sunsets on that balcony were something to see!! Can not wait till the end of Dec. Chris could you make the Panhandle just a little warmer? Love it there!!

Couldn't have asked for anything better. The condo itself was equipped with everything we needed, our granddaughter loved her "big girl" bottom bunk she would just run into it for naps and bedtime with her bear in hand slept most nights from 8 to 7 the next morning. She would wake up and have her breakfast on the balcony.the pool was her favorite it is a walk in pool so she just walked in till she was up to her neck ,she has no fear and since the summer crowds were gone we were the only ones there most days. Check in ran smoothly the staff was great the only thing that didn't work was the steam room which my husband really was looking forward to ,but with great weather and the amazing pool we really didn't care. Will be booking the same unit and same time again next year.
Ps the whales tail was great we parked the stroller there and enjoyed the beach 6 days and no one touched it. Also there is a Dairy Queen within walking distance so if you have kids it's a way to tire them out and reward them for being good.

Overall we had a nice stay here...the view was great and the price compared to others in the area was great!! Pools were nice and not too crowded and being across the street from the beach wasn't a problem at all! Staff was very friendly. Only a few complaints...ice maker hardly makes any ice so be sure to buy some, the towels are very rough and uncomfortable so I'd bring your own, and the bed is very noisy which made it hard to get a good nights sleep because every time I moved the bed would creak loudly and wake my husband up.

My love of the beach was just enhanced with my stay here. The condo was picture perfect. The walk to the beach was very easy and we so enjoyed our time there. We met so many wonderful people we will definitely be seeking time there again.

The condo and condo building was very clean and spacious....luxurious. The view from the balcony was great. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Good location...walking distance to a couple restaurants and the beach. Golf course is nice (you can get a discount when staying there...was not aware of that and had already booked). The only downside is the pools are not heated and there is no hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ariel Dunes II. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated! It had a beautiful view of the ocean and was in good condition. Great location.
Off the road and gated. Not right on the beach, but not a far walk. Staff was very friendly. Loved having different pools and the fitness center had everything you need for a good workout. It was also located on the golf course. We had the best of both worlds. Overall, it was a charming place in an excellent location and we had a wonderful time!

Enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again! The size of the condo was just perfect and the furniture was very nice. The view is beautiful. The condo was clean and in GREAT condition. Very centrally located in Destin. I would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

The condo was nice and well kept. The view is gorgeous. The walk to the beach is easy but you can pull your car to a parking lot on the grounds to make it easier to get your beach items to the beach. Loved having the chairs and umbrella available to use!

I loved the condo. View was beautiful. One thing that may be updated is mattress. I would rent again.

The pictures of the view from this condo do not due it justice! No matter where you look you have a great view of the gulf. The condo was clean and spacious - it had everything we need and more. The area offers so many wonderful place to dine, drink or just hang out and enjoy the beautiful view. Whether you walk or drive, there is plenty to do.
We had so much fun during our stay in Destin. We only stayed there for a long weekend - can't wait to return and enjoy more of it!
