Plans change. We get it. Here's exactly what to expect.
If a mandatory evacuation order is issued by Walton, Okaloosa or Bay County authorities for the dates of your stay, we will offer a full refund or a credit valid for 12 months — your choice.
If a property fails to meet the standards described on our website (cleanliness, working utilities, advertised amenities), notify us within 24 hours of arrival. We'll either remedy the issue immediately, relocate you to a comparable property, or issue a partial refund proportional to the impact.
We strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance to cover unforeseen events not addressed above. We are happy to recommend providers — just ask.
Email ceo@destinbeachescapes.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Concierge add-ons (charters, chefs, beach setup) booked through us are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. Within 72 hours, the third-party vendor's policy applies.
If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply to our email and we'll escalate to our founder. We've never had a dispute we couldn't resolve directly.
