These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.destinbeachescapes.com and the vacation rental services provided by Destin Beach Escapes LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. The primary guest must be present throughout the stay and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Full refund (less the 3% processing fee) for cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date. 50% refund for cancellations between 15 and 29 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival, except where required by law. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
No smoking inside any property. No parties or events without prior written approval. The maximum occupancy listed for each property must not be exceeded. Pets are permitted only in pet-friendly properties and only when disclosed in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay beyond reasonable wear and tear. We may charge the credit card on file for repair, replacement or excessive cleaning costs. Each booking includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. local time. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. local time. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee equal to one night's rate.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including hurricanes, named tropical storms, mandatory evacuations, government action, pandemics or natural disasters. In such cases we will offer date transfers or, where possible, refunds.
All website content — text, graphics, logos, photographs — is the property of Destin Beach Escapes LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and will apply to bookings made after the effective date.
